The paper is seriously affected with damp, and the paper roller does not move, which may be caused by useless paper for a long time or rainy and humid in the past few days;
The paper roller is seriously worn, the paper roller is broken or the surface is smooth, and the paper cannot be moved when rotating;
The gear of the carton motor is severely worn, and the insufficient transmission force of the gear causes the paper roller to fail to work normally;
If the above three points are excluded. It is possible that the pickup assembly or the paper box motor is broken.

In view of the above problems, the following operations can be done:

First, make sure that the inside and surrounding environment of the machine are dry well;
In response to problem one, replace the newly packed paper to ensure that the paper is dry, and take out the paper in the machine and save it every night when it is turned off;
For question 2, check whether the paper roller is in good condition, otherwise replace the paper roller with the problem. The life of the paper roller is about 40000 pieces. It is recommended to replace it regularly;
If the above one or two problems are eliminated, the solution to problem 3 is to replace the motor gear. Generally, this problem will have obvious clicking noise. Pay attention to screening;
The possibility of problem four is very small, the stability of the motor is very good, and there are few problems, otherwise it can be replaced.

In addition, the problem of not feeding paper mostly occurs in the third and fourth paper boxes at the lower part of the fuselage. Because the paper feeding path is long and there are many transmission paper rollers, the failure probability is higher than that of the first and second paper boxes. If a paper box cannot be fed normally, it is recommended to use the first and second paper boxes frequently.
